1. 4 photos of the Applicant (51 x51, White or light background, 80% coverage of face)
2. Valid Foreign Passport of the Applicant
3. Cancelled Indian Passport of the Applicant
4. Indian Passport Surrender Certificate of the Applicant’s Passport
5. Applicant’s valid residence Permit and Stay Visa granted by FRRO (If “X” Visa not held)
6. Birth Certificate of the Applicant.
7. Birth and Marriage Certificates of the Applicant’s Parents
If Married:
8. Marriage certificate of the Applicant
9. Birth Certificates of Spouse and Children (if any)
DD of Rs.15, 000/- favouring PAY AND ACCOUNTS OFFICER (SECRETERIAT) MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS payable at NEW DELHI
Processing Time: Minimum 3-4 months from the Date of Acknowledgement.
